1. OBJECT
These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of booking stays and services offered by Glamping Terre & Mer, established on rue de la ville es Rouxel in Binic-Etables-sur-Mer. They govern all the steps necessary for the reservation and the monitoring of the reservation between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the rate offered on our reservation platform. These general conditions of sale apply to all reservations concluded.
2. RESERVATION
The customer chooses the services presented on our website, brochure or reservation platform.He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and reservation methods of the services available and having requested and obtained necessary and/or additional information to make his reservation with full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, such that we cannot be held responsible in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.
3. REGULATIONS
A deposit of 30% will be required upon reservation for any stay beginning more than 30 days following this date (or 45 days for privatization of glamping). The balance must be collected (check/transfer) or will be taken (credit card) 30 days before arrival (or 45 days for privatization of glamping). Upon receipt of the deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation email which will include practical information about your stay.

5. CAPACITY
The number of people mentioned in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons. Renting accommodation implies full acceptance of the conditions of sale by the contracting parties.
6. RENTALS
Rental periods and duration: Rentals are possible for a minimum of 2 nights excluding high and very high seasons where accommodation is rented by the week only.
Rentals are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 8 p.m. They must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure (or 1 p.m. for privatized glamping) . Late departures are offered as an option depending on availability. Any excess results in billing for an additional day.All rentals are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet.
Security deposit: Tenants must provide their credit card imprint upon arrival if they paid for the stay with another means of payment. The latter will only be debited if there is damage to the equipment or for additional services ordered during your stay at Glamping Terre & Mer and not paid. it will be collected via the bank card imprint:
- The value of missing or broken items;
- A fixed amount of €50 for uncleaned accommodation (not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness);
- The amount of repairs in the event of damage caused by the occupant.
Damage, missing items or unpaid debts will be the responsibility of the customer after debit by credit card.
Prices are inclusive of tax with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. Any subsequent modification of the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time when the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay, will result in a corresponding modification of the price including tax, which the customer accepts without reservation.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Special requests: Glamping Terre & Mer cannot guarantee any special requests made when booking. The accommodation number will be communicated upon arrival.
The plans and photos presented in the brochure and on our websites are non-contractual. Glamping Terre & Mer reserves the right to update and complete them at any time.
7. RULES FOR THE STAY
The reservation of the stay only becomes effective after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of the deposit.
In the case of payment by credit card, the payment card may be refused for several reasons:stolen card, blocked card, ceiling reached, entry error, etc. In the event of a problem, the customer must contact their bank on the one hand and the establishment on the other to confirm their reservation and method of payment. Tourist taxes are to be paid directly on site to the establishment.
All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. If the establishment is debited in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. MODIFICATION OF STAY
Possibility of modification subject to availability. Any modification results in an additional processing fee of €10. For privatization of glamping, only the conditions of the contract apply.
9. DELAYED ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
If the client does not show up on the day of arrival before 8 p.m. and in the absence of a written message from the client, specifying that they had to defer or delay their arrival date, the accommodation becomes available at 3 p.m. the next day. of the arrival date provided for in the rental contract, and full payment of services remains required. No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
10. PROMOTIONS – LAST MINUTE SALES
On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, customers paid different prices. Customers who paid the highest price will under no circumstances be able to benefit from a refund representing the difference in price they paid and the promotional price. Reductions cannot be combined with promotions under any circumstances. The price confirmed to the customer remains a non-revisable price.
11. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of your stay by Glamping Terre & Mer before your arrival:In the event of force majeure, management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. If you have already left your home, we will offer to relocate you to another similar accommodation at no extra charge.
If none of these offers satisfy you, the entire amount paid will be refunded to you; no other compensation can be claimed.
Cancellation of your stay by yourself before your arrival: the customer must notify the glamping in writing (tracked letter, email with request for acknowledgment of receipt). Failing this, the customer will be required to pay all sums due under the contract. Glamping reminds you that according to article L.121-20-4-2° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to accommodation, catering and leisure services provided on a date according to a determined periodicity. Glamping Terre & Mer informs the customer that they have the possibility of taking out cancellation insurance in the event of illness, force majeure, accident, death or other. Glamping Terre &Mer cannot be held responsible for costs related to any cancellation in any of the above cases. Any reservation or payment which is irregular, inoperative, incomplete or fraudulent for a reason attributable to the customer will result in the cancellation of the reservation at the customer's expense, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action against the latter.
FOR ANY STAY CANCELED before the arrival date, and not falling within the cancellation clauses mentioned above, we will retain:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the amount of the stay (45 days for privatization of glamping);
- Less than 30 days before arrival as well as for any stay interrupted or not consumed, for whatever reason, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be due or will remain acquired by Glamping Terre & Mer. This period is 45 days for a privatization of glamping.
For any type of cancellation, the amount of the administration fee (€10) will be deducted from the amount paid to the customer.
12. ANIMALS
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR ESTABLISHMENT.
13. VALUABLES
Safes are available at reception. Glamping Terre & Mer cannot be held responsible for thefts committed in your accommodation, in your car or within the grounds of the estate. Valuable goods must remain under the supervision of the customer.
14. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent, under penalty of foreclosure, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 8 days following the stay.
15. INTERNAL RULES
All customers are required to comply with the internal regulations of glamping under penalty of sanction up to and including termination of the contract.
Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the glamping without any compensation and/or without any refund.
You are deemed to have read and accepted these elements of the internal regulations and to respect them during your stay.
It is strictly forbidden to light a fire in the area, except under constant supervision in the authorized barbecue area.
During your stay, we ask you to respect all the markings and safety instructions as they will be displayed to you, and to return the keys to your rental.
As glamping is based on calm and relaxation, we ask our customers to avoid any noise pollution after 10 p.m.
On the day of your departure, rentals must be vacated before 10 a.m. (1 p.m. for privatized glamping). You are asked to leave the place in a perfectly clean state. Otherwise, you will be charged a fixed amount of €50. Any damage will be invoiced at the price of the repair or replacement.
Electric barbecues are prohibited. Charcoal ones are authorized provided that they are not under a roof or in a location that could damage or harm the installations and vegetation.
16.IMAGE RIGHT
You expressly authorize, and without compensation, the establishment to use, on any communication medium, photos of you or your children which may be taken during your stay, for the advertising purposes of glamping, unless you expressly inform the direction of your contrary wish. The reuse of photos and other visuals from Glamping Terre & Mer is prohibited without written authorization from management.
17. PROOF CONVENTION
Entering the required banking information, as well as acceptance of these general conditions and the voucher or reservation request, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. Computerized records kept in elloha.com's computer systems. will be kept in reasonable security conditions and considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The customer is informed that his IP address is recorded at the time of booking.Constellation SAS, in its professional capacity, is committed to the establishment to take all security measures and respect data confidentiality.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means any event external to the parties which is both unpredictable and insurmountable and which prevents either the client or the establishment from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. Force majeure or fortuitous events are those usually recognized by the case law of French Courts and Tribunals. Each party cannot be held liable towards the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the execution of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the burden of the resulting costs.
19. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the law of the country of establishment without hindering any mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable in the country of residence of consumers. Disputes are settled only at the Saint-Brieuc commercial court.
20. VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These general conditions of sale may be modified and/or supplemented at any time by the establishment. In this case, the new version of the general conditions of sale will be put online by Glamping Terre & Mer. As soon as it is put online, the new version of the general conditions of sale will automatically apply to all customers.
